• Kitchen Audit,Building supervision,Operations work day to day,4 hours office work with maintenance all UG and PG students records,help for fine collection for account department.
• we inspections surprisingly visit the student room when needed or emergency.do three time Main gate duty in monthly.
• visiting hospital as per medical emergency or require.
• A daily inspection is done with the housekeeping supervisor with all block room. and allocation is done.
• maintain daily data of students and Reporting to the Head of the Department.
• monthly arrange floor meetings with students.make a minutes' and incidence report,share with higher authority.
• personal interview, interaction with students and if needed coordinate with them and guide them.
