• Isolated DNA/RNA from plant, animal, and bacterial sources using SDS and CTAB methods, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on each sample set.
• Executed E. coli transformation and competent cell preparation to support genetic studies; characterized resulting mutants via antibiotic resistance, UV sensitivity, and nutritional auxotrophy assays.
