Work as per ITP, WPS, ASME both site and fabrication shop and Tank inspection. Site Inspection and Fabrication shop as per approved Quality Management System (QMS).
- Inspecting of weld visual of fabricated pipe spools, RT film interpretation, Material identification as per mat code, Heat number, TC and color code such as IBR, NACE, LTCS etc.
- Routine Hydrostatic Tests, Pneumatic Tests and final dispatch activity as per piping requirement of Line class in Pipe Fabrication shop and pipeline
- Witness of pre-heat, post-heating and pwht as per ASME B31.1 and Specification
- Representing Project QC & attending daily & weekly meeting and set strategy for achieving milestone
- Incoming inspection of raw material, welding consumables and preparation of inspection report including overage, shortage and damage
- Monitoring electrode baking and holding cycle and review of welding consumable log book and consumable batch certificate
- Verification of test certificates of consumables and raw material and calibration certificates for equipment's and measuring instruments
- Co-ordination of piping equipment fabrication, installation activity, inspection on marking fit-up and dimensions
- Monitoring Production weld before, during and after welding as per approved WPS, ASME, ITP and Specification of RIL
- Monitoring welder performance & analysis on repair and remedies
- Visual examination of welds pipe, refinery pipeline and tank Inspection
- Interpretation of Radiography, Identification of defects and remedial action, review of NDE reports
- Preparing & Maintaining QC Documentation as per Project Quality Requirement
- Preparation of test package & get clearance from client for Pressure test
- Co-ordination and Witness of Hydro test Activity
- Interface with construction team as well as coordination with company for issues pertaining to QC/Mechanical Completion and report to the QA/QC Manage
