• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Credit teams for smooth movement of cases from login through sanction and disbursement.
• Review Balance Transfer, Top-Up, and enhancement proposals based on repayment track record, eligibility, and overall creditworthiness.
• Support business growth by balancing commercial requirements with prudent credit risk assessment while maintaining defined TAT and quality parameters.
• Maintain proper credit documentation and ensure adherence to internal processes, credit policies, and audit requirements.
