- Lead a cross functional team of 12 IT professionals across SIF, Payments, MIF & Monitoring and SCI, scaling operational efficiency and reducing incident backlog by 40%.
- Worked hands‑on with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to configure and fine‑tune OMS functionalities such as Order Configuration, Order Types, ATC views, Fulfillment Optimization logic, Payment configurations, and Local Tax setup, acting as an application SME to validate business rules, resolve gaps, and ensure accurate end‑to‑end order processing.
