- Responsibilities for Quoting, Certificate of Issuance, Renewals, Audits, BOR, Cancellations, Delivery, Preparing ACORD’s & Proposals based on Quotes from carriers.
- Do quoting in carriers and clearly explained insurance policy options to clients based in their needs and goals through emails.
- Do Cancellations and Reinstates as per Client requirements.
- Send reminders of premium payments & Dues to notify to customers of any rate changes • Well knows versant with P&C and Personal Lines insurance quoting.
- Acts as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) to Insureds and Carriers on behalf of Broker/Account Manager.
- Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, resourcing.
- Having Good Knowledge in EZLynx, AMS360 and Sagitta etc
