Responsibilities for Quoting, Certificate of Issuance, Renewals, Audits, BOR, Cancellations, Delivery, Preparing ACORD’s & Proposals based on Quotes from carriers.
Do quoting in carriers and clearly explained insurance policy options to clients based in their needs and goals through emails.
Do Cancellations and Reinstates as per Client requirements.
Send reminders of premium payments & Dues to notify to customers of any rate changes • Well knows versant with P&C and Personal Lines insurance quoting.
Acts as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) to Insureds and Carriers on behalf of Broker/Account Manager.
Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, resourcing.
Having Good Knowledge in EZLynx, AMS360 and Sagitta etc
