I am 56 yrs old man having 16 years experience in yoga teaching for various age group for both men and women and school, college students. During the year of 2010, I was completed my first yoga course PG Diploma (yoga) from Annamalai university. And B. Ed yoga from Ramakrishna mission Vivekananda university. And M. Sc., M. Phil (yoga) from Tamil Nadu Physical education and sports university.

Now I am working in Amrita vidyalayam school as a yoga teacher. I am not satisfied with teaching yoga for only students. I want to teach yoga for public in therapetical aspects
