Toraise Purchase Order of all required material.
Toensure smooth functioning of stores and purchase department.
Toprepare comparative statement ofdifferent quotation for final decision of vendor.
Toco-ordinatewith other department for material.
To ensure timely availability of material.
Toco-ordinatewith financedepartment regarding Purchase order/Delivery note/Returns to supplier and the month end stock checks.
Toreceive all materials(i.e. consumable, general items, implants, etc)
Toensure quality product by co-coordinating quality management team.
To ensure thehealth, safety and cleanliness ofthe store environment on day to day basis.
To oversee the receipt, distribution, co-ordination and safety of goods coming through the store.
To assist the group supplies manager in the operation of the off-site store and distribution/supplies department.

To participate in thetimelymonthly stock-takeswithin the store aswell as spot checks in the various laboratories and department
