Conducting Food safety internal audits for all areas together with the Shangri-La Food Safety Team. Monitoting the CCP records and related SFS and HACCP documentation.
Conducting walkthroughs with the team on day- to - day basis to monitor compliance and provide construcrive feedback. Assisting 3rd- party laboratory technician to collect samples based on Microtesting sampling plan.
Ensuring sample collection every 100pax and above from events or functions for 3rd- party testing.
