- Organize and manage international shipment via Air and Sea.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, Airline agency, transporters and warehouse teams for cargo movement.
- Ensure timely booking confirmation based on ETD, ETA, routing and carrier schedules.
- Verify export / import documents including BL, MAWB/HAWB, Commercial invoice, packing list, SI, COO, Checklist, Eway bill, DO.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all documents to avoid delays or fines.
- Coordinate with CHA for filing documentation, customs declaration and clearance.
- Monitor customs process and ensure timely release of cargo.
- Resolve clearance issues by providing corrective documents or clarification.
- Track on time shipment movement from booking to final delivery.
- Share timely status updates with customers, ensuring transparency on delays, vessel changes or transshipment.
- Maintain milestone reports such as ETD, ETA, CFS-in, customs cleared, shipped on board, delivered.
- Communicate with clients to gather shipment requirement, approvals and documentation.
- Assist customers with routing advice, regulation guidance and freight related queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proactive response and issue resolution.
- Liaise with Shipping lines, airline, transport companies, warehouse team for operational alignment.
- Follow up for BL release, DO issuance, Space confirmation and rate approval and container available.
- Verify freight charges, carrier invoices, vendor bills.
- Support billing team in invoice generation and dispute resolution.
- Maintain digital/ Physical shipment files for audit and compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
- Address operational issues such as Delay, document errors, customs queries, cargo mismatch or equipment issues.
- Coordinate corrective actions with carriers and customers to ensure minimum operational disruption.
