• Conduct EHS inductions for new employees, workmen, and visitors to familiarize them with safety procedures and protocols.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits, including ISO 14000, DQMP, and SWA, leveraging expertise in safety matters and coordinating with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and Distribution Center (DC) manager.
• Organize and conduct regular fire mock drills and ammonia gas leak drills (at least twice a year), maintaining accurate records of these activities at Taloja, Ahmedabad, Pune Induri, Ranjagaon MIDC & Bhiwandi locations.
• Schedule and organize essential maintenance for equipment and facilities, fostering strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and effective service.
• Work collaboratively with diverse groups of co-workers to achieve goals and address issues related to services, ensuring a cohesive approach to EHS management.
• Contributed to Nestlé India Ltd.'s new warehousing project in Sanand, GIDC-Ahmedabad, demonstrating the ability to apply EHS expertise in large-scale projects.
