About
Civil Engineer with hands-on site execution and quantity surveying experience, seeking a Billing Engineer / Estimator role. Skilled in measurement sheet preparation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Running Account (RA) bill certification, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs from drawings. Experienced in reconciling site measurements with tender BOQs and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and clients for bill verification.
Additional exposure to US construction quantity take-offs and cost estimating using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST). Strong working knowledge of RCC framed structures, IS codes, and construction sequencing on G+5 residential and row house projects.
