Dear Hiring manager,
I was very excited to learn that, you got multiple job openings for an unskilled worker. With my 15 years of experience in the industry, including the past 4 years as a Housekeeping & services, I am confident that I will not only uphold these standards but can also offer exciting improvements.
I have been managing a couple of Resorts in Karnataka for the past 15 years. During this time, I have introduced many effective improvements, such as a new booking system that has increased the level of service we offer our clients. I also refurbished the hotel's in-house restaurant and appointed a new chef, and I am proud to say that the venue now offers upscale fine dining that has attracted the attention of well-respected food critics like Paradise isle beach resort and Hill view Resort.
In addition, I have streamlined daily operations, which has increased overall efficiency, and I have also increased the hotel's profit margins by around 13%.
The skill set I offer is the following:
Financial and operational management skills, which allow me to drive revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, which means I have the ability to manage staff effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
Marketing and sales knowledge that I have applied to increase reservations and traffic at all the hotels I have managed.
I am well-organized and disciplined, which means that operations run smoothly and efficiently under my management.
It would be a great honor for me if I could apply my extensive experience at Resorts and help you usher in a new and exciting chapter in the history of this great hotel. I would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a more in-depth understanding of what I have to offer, so please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
