I have 3+ yrs of exp in IT domain. My last organizaion was ruah tech solutions. I have worked in Control-m GUI, Control-m mainframe and ticketing tools like service now.
My day 2 day roles and responsibilities are Job Scheduling and Monitoring and I work in Creating and managing job schedules , monitoring job execution status, and taking actions on failure jobs or delayed jobs.
I do handle Incident and Troubleshooting which includes Responding to job failures and if abends occurs in the active running jobs, I notify the failure to the concern team based on the priority levels of the abends.
I have worked with Ruah Tech Solutions as production support engineer, IBM as Application Support Engineer, Bharti Airtel as Support Engineer
I have Studied Bachelors of Engineering in Jay Shri Ram of Group of Institutions and Studied Diploma in Kongu Polytechnic College
