1 Year Experience
- Worked on 2W and 3W EV battery assembly.
- Performed soft-pack assembly by grouping cells in cell holders to form battery modules.
- Supported spot welding of modules using nickel strips.
- Joined two modules using epoxy sheets for insulation.
- Connected jumpers between modules to form the battery pack.
- Soldered voltage-sensor wires to connect cells in series.
- Placed completed soft packs into metal / plastic IR-grade enclosures and supported final fitment with top cover and BMS.
- Worked with 16-pin sensor connector connections as part of battery-pack assembly.
