1 Year Experience

• Worked on 2W and 3W EV battery assembly.
• Performed soft-pack assembly by grouping cells in cell holders to form battery modules.
• Supported spot welding of modules using nickel strips.
• Joined two modules using epoxy sheets for insulation.
• Connected jumpers between modules to form the battery pack.
• Soldered voltage-sensor wires to connect cells in series.
• Placed completed soft packs into metal / plastic IR-grade enclosures and supported final fitment with top cover and BMS.
• Worked with 16-pin sensor connector connections as part of battery-pack assembly.
