- Working closely with Production Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth and continuous production.
- Maintaining accurate records of all mixing operations, including raw material usage, production metrics, downtime, and quality reports. Ensuring that all necessary documentation is kept up to date for audits and compliance inspections.

- Incoming inspection of Raw materials as per Quality plan & maintain records
- Daily planning of rubber batch mixing, testing of the batches as per control plan & issue of the OK batches to the production.

Rubber batch testing for Rheometer, Physical properties i.e. tensile, elongation at break, and modulus as per control plan & keep the records. Testing of the rubber compound/product for special properties at third party laboratory
- Overall responsibility of the QMS (Quality Management System) ISO9001:2015 execution i.e. documentation, control of records, making SOP's/Work instructions. maintain departmental records, conduct internal quality audits
- To arrange Quality Management review meetings (MRM), making of the MOM with action plan Audit report preparation
- Exposure of working with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Mode Affect analysis), SPC (statistical Process Control), MSA (measurement System Analysis (MSA). Usage of QC tools like Cause & Effect diagram, check sheet
- Handling Customer complaints, find out the root cause analysis & to take appropriate Corrective and Preventative Action using 8D format, Why Why analysis
- To face customer audits, ISO audits. To make internal ISO audit schedule and execution of the same.
- Yearly Calibration of Laboratory & other process Instruments/Equipment's by third party on yearly basis.
- In-process quality improvement through data gathering, root causes analysis, Preventive actions to stop the reoccurrence of the rejections. It helps in a better way.
