Executive in Healthcare Process - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) - Hyderabad, Telangana

I worked in TCS for one year 4 months in a Project called 'Bank Of America Healthcare' as a Process Executive. We used to support the Bank in all the queries and claims receiving from Health Insurance. We will generate the extra copy of the EOB (Explanation of Benefit) received from Health Insurance and we will cross check with Bank of America.
If any issue related to Claims, Document, Missing information (Patient, Provider, Codes, CPT's) we will directly connect with Provider (Doctor) and we will get the information to get it corrected. After getting confirmation from Health Insurance (PAY/DENY) for that particular claim, we will send a request to BOA team to release the Payment and the copy will sent to provider (doctor). Any escalation from Provider (Doctor) related to payments, Team will connect with Health insurance for correction to make sure Provider his getting the payment for his services.
