- In Dammam university, construction of two steel buildings for medical ware house. Each building is 45 M X 18 M in size. Managed all civil related works from excavation, RCC footings, grade beams, steel columns and structural roof erections, sandwitch panel layings, block works, plastering works, painting works and finally aluminium composit materials paneling around the building to hide the GI sheet roof works
- In king fahad medical college (KFMC), company constructed ten accommodation buildings for their staff quarters with 800 M2 ground floor area and with total three floors
- In National Guard Hospital (near Dammam-Khobar highway), did swimming pools with toilet facilities for hospital recreation club, constructed x-ray room works with led insulations in walls and all interior works like gypsum ceiling works, paintings, aluminium windows and door works. Also did asphalt works for car parking areas after milling old asphalt and laying of new asphalt as per design

- Office building is a three storied building (G+2), each floor having 1800 Meter squire in area. Total area including top stair room is 5700 square meter. This was a framed structure with 58 RCC columns, and roof is with RCC flat slab
- Accommodation building was RCC structural building with RCC columns and flat slab. The accommodation building was in two blocks, each block having 4000 meter squire in each floor. Total number of floor is 5 (G+4)
