The resort consists of 29 separate villas of different sizes resulting in 71 keys where each key have its own private pool.
- Leading a team of more than 25 maintenance technicians related to all different trades covering MEP, civil, finishing, landscape and pool works
- Preparing PPM checklist following manufacturer recommendations of each equipment and system
- Development and upkeep of the weekly and daily control of work maintenance schedule
- Organizing and following up on all different corrective maintenance and guest complaints

- Contacting different suppliers for purchasing of different spare parts needed overcoming the logistical difficulties of living on an island
