Hanif Sayed

Dedicated and accomplished COA Registered Architect with over 2 years of post-professional experience and an additional 5+ years of hands-on experience gained concurrently with academic studies. Adept at translating design concepts into tangible structures, with a strong background in architectural planning, project management, and client collaboration. Seeking to contribute my skills and expertise to a dynamic architectural firm committed to innovation and excellence.

I began my architectural career as an intern at Rehman Associates in Neral, Maharashtra, India from April 2017 to January 2021 while pursuing my Bachelor of Architecture. I then interned at Architect Hafeez Contractor in Mumbai from February 2021 to November 2021. After completing my degree, I joined D'Sign Architects in Pune in June 2022 and worked there until May 2023.

Following this, I started freelancing and established Hanif Sayed Architect, my own full-service architectural firm in Neral, where I currently work. My experience spans residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, blending practical field experience with strong theoretical knowledge.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in May 2022, achieving a CGPI of 8.12.
