Experience of maintaining Electrical and Instrumentation of huge Siemens PLC based automation system auto product handling and packing system consist of lot of robots, transfer rails, doffers, storage systems as well as auto warehouse and auto truck loading system. - Installation, Commissioning of, Control Valves, Pressure Instruments, Level Instruments, RTD, Pressure transmitter
- Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments' spare parts
- Documentation job for IMS & ISO
- Troubleshooting of DCS, SCADA, PLC and HMI system (DCS Centum CS3000 Yokogawa, PLC simatic S7 400 + SCADA WINCC, software and hardware. Siemens simatic S7 300) and faults diagnosis
- Successfully handling of the department documentation and prepare daily & monthly electrical power consumption report and working in SAP environment (SAP for making indent and store requisition slip)
- Loop checking-pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure and temperature indicator
- Dealing with calibration, loop checking of Hart, Smart Instruments like Yokogawa, Rosemount, Honeywell, Fisher, ABB, Siemens
- Have a knowledge of location drawing, P&ID drawing, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Hook-up drawing, Specification sheet & Connection drawing etc
- Coordinated with EPC teams ensuring smooth on time completion of all project jobs
