• Need assessment of all kind of trainings of Community Institutions, Cadres, and Staff at DRC and below level i.e district, block, cluster, and village.
• Ensure to conduct/monitor all kind of training programs.
• Facilitate the institutions for identification of cadre as per requirement.
• Identification of immersion sites and their strengthening.
• Preparation of monthly training calendar and ensure its completion as per plan.
• Coordination with concerned Institutions, DPMs, BPMs and other projectstaff for various training programs.
• Logistic management i.e. Venue, Vehicle, Food & Stay, and Stationery etc.
• Submission of the attendance of all the participants to DPMU for process of payments and honorariums.
• Field visits in territorial area of district.

Training Officer – Program : Banswara - Foundation to Educate Girls Globally (FEGG) - Banswara

• Overall management and implementation of educate girl's project in 1503 villages in association of 2190 govt. schools of district.
• Managing team of professional employees in various verticals- program, monitoring and Evaluation etc.
• Create an annual training plan & bifurcate the annual plan quarterly and monthly of whole District.
• Organizing the Master Trainer, Staff & Team Balika Training of District.
• Monitor the program implementation progress & give input where necessary based on quality management.

Area Coordinator – Operational - Dungerpur - Rajasthan Grameen Aajivika Vikas Parishad (NRLM) - Dungerpur

• Provide leadership to the cluster level teams and ensuring good "team work" by showing self-examples for better implementation of RRLP through community cadre.
• Overall responsibility for the implementation of programmatic aspect i.e. implementation, supervision, monitoring, evaluation, coordination, capacity building, training, documentation, timely and accurate reporting, day-to-day progress of RRLP.
• Coordinate, liaisons, networking with district/ block level government & non-government authority's visit of World Bank team & represent RRLP.
• Carry out the subject specialist's job of all of the following discipline – livestock, M&E, Agriculture, Skills, Convergence etc.

PFT Manager – Operational - Banswara - Rajasthan Grameen Aajivika Vikas Parishad (NRLM) - Banswara

• Overall responsible for livelihood intervention in different block's.
• Provide leadership to the cluster level teams and ensuring good "team work" by showing self-examples for better implementation of RRLP through community cadre.
