• Managed 50+ background jobs, scheduling and monitoring batch processing to ensure timely payroll, materials management, and financial close cycles for Tata Steel.
• Led HANA 2.0 SPS05 fresh installation including post-installation configuration, System DB and Tenant DB setup for the client landscape.
• Executed HANA DB revision upgrade from SPS05 to SPS08 — planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation — with zero unplanned downtime.
• Managed HANA backup and recovery operations, ensuring RPO/RTO objectives were consistently met for production database (approx. 2TB landscape).
• Monitored SAP HANA system health daily via HANA Studio, tracking memory consumption, service status, and alert thresholds.
• Owned end-to-end Transport Management System (TMS) — import/export of transport requests across DEV → QAT → PRD with full change documentation.
• Applied 8+ support packs on ECC 6.0 EHP7 following SAP best practices and maintenance window schedules agreed with the client.
• Performed kernel patch upgrades on all landscape tiers, coordinating system stop/start procedures with minimal business disruption.
• Administered user accounts, role assignments, and profile management for 1,500+ SAP users across ECC modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).
• Managed client administration including client copy, lock/unlock, and logical system settings for testing and project activities.
