As a delivery Partner role which acts as a strategic liaison between the client and TCS, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include ensuring end-to-end delivery, managing client escalations, driving business growth through strategic alignment, and often sitting at the client's location. This differs from a Delivery Manager, who typically handles the day-to-day management of specific projects and teams. Also handling a project head role where I am responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of a company's database systems.
Key duties include creating and managing database structures, ensuring data integrity and security through backups and access controls, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues. We also work with developers to integrate new features and may provide leadership and training to other team members. Led and managed a team of 84 DBAs responsible for over 990+ critical databases across AWS, Azure and On Prem.
