Having 9 years of experience in Sap Sybase Database Administration. Specialized in Installing and configuring ASE 15.7, ASE 16 and SRS 16.0 Servers. I have installed more than 100 Sybase servers in AIX, Solaris, RHEL and Windows. Upgraded and migrated ASE 15.7 servers to ASE 16.0 Sybase servers. Experienced in Trouble shooting and performance tuning the databases. Setup warm standby Replication in the newly build environments.

Upgraded and migrated ASE 15.7 servers to ASE 16.0 Sybase servers. Highly affected Sybase servers were patched to the latest level. OS level major issue was there and I did performance & tuning and fixed the major issue.
After fix the performance was better. 30 minutes backup was reduced to 20 minutes. Reporting jobs were completed quickly. Reorg jobs were optimized and weekend maintenance completed 2 hours before than usual time.
Very good experience in Trouble shooting and performance tuning the databases. In FMS project long term deadlock issues was there and replication was down during the issue. I have worked on the issue and fixed it permanently.
Setup warm standby Replication in the newly build environments. Performed more number of DR activities in various projects. Handled P1 tickets and Provided RCA.
Experience in setting up the Agile environment in teams.
Regular retrospective meetings. Working along with HR for Sybase Recruitment. Internal certified in Change management, Incident management and Problem management. Involved in Release management activities. Completed intermediate certificate in Program Management course. Willing to learn new technologies.
