Placement Executive and Campus Co-Ordinate

Finding right companies for our college branch students and skills sets. (Software and core companies)
Finding companies through websites, calling to reception to connect with HR Team and checking for any openings for freshers.
Connecting HR team through calls, Emails and LinkedIn (maintain good relationship and checking there is any openings for our students)
Co- ordinating with HR Team to conduct campus drive in our college campus.
Follow ups with HRs to get JD’s information, Check eligibility criteria.
Planning Drive through virtual or campus (convincing to conduct in our campus only) and confirming of interview.
Arranging all necessary arrangements to conduct smooth campus drive.
After completing the campus drive follow with HR Sir/Ma’am to get selected students list, make sure they will send offer letter and joining indeed through mail.
Maintaining daily calls data and updating to manger’s
Planning different way to get HR Team details or connecting to HR Team.
Co-Ordinating with students and HR Team for smooth joining on joining date given by company.

Giving all necessary details for students about company and their job role. Checking with students Okay with salary also.
Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expenses reports detailed travel plans and agendas
Co-ordinating student from his place to employer place with all necessary help (how to search employer location and PG information also to stay unstill was selected)
Working in job portal’s like Naukri, indeed, Apana job, LinkedIn

Calling to customer about remaindering the outstanding credit due amount and informing them to pay on time.
Customer facing problem in payment we are moving to dispute raise team.
Working in outbound process in dispute raise and default convert them to pay partial amount.
Handling daily calls and completing monthly targets
Solving the dispute raise problems for customer to pay amount.
