I am a Counselling psychologist, Asst Professor and meditation coach. I have 24 years experience in teaching and 12 years experience in Counselling.( Parenting Counselling and pre marriage Counselling) I use mindfulness and meditation for better result. I work for TCRC, an organization by Kerala Police.
I have been working with parents and kids for the past 6 years. Kids have such pressure on them from the society and from their home. They are suppressed. They need help. If we help children to become the best adult, the society will be very happy. I also provide pre marriage Counselling as it helps to create beautiful family relationship. My aim is make this world beautiful.
