Execution of complete DC & AC electrical installation works for ground-mounted solar plant

• Complete DC side electrical execution – string formation, cable laying, dressing & clamping
• DC cable glanding, termination, ferruling & continuity testing
• Installation & termination at String Combiner Boxes (SCB) and inverters
• AC side electrical works – LT panel connections, inverter to transformer cabling
• AC cable laying, tray routing, glanding & termination
• Knowledge of basic testing – insulation resistance (IR), polarity & continuity
• Handling and supervision of subcontractor electrical manpower
• Thermography of PSS, HT Line, LT Panel, ACCB, SCB, Modules
• DC cable routing from module to SCB & inverter as per drawing and layout
• Glanding & termination of DC/AC cables with proper torque & safety norms
• All types of earthing works – module, MMS, inverter, transformer & lightning arrestor
• Coordination with civil team for piling, MMS installation & structure alignment
• Site quality checks, material reconciliation & safety compliance
