• Maintain and calibrate all inspection equipment.
• To effective implementation of Kaizen & 5'S' activities.
• Knowledge to handle measuring instruments like Height Gauge, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Hardness tester, Surface Roughness tester, Profile projector, Air plug-ring gauge, Contrude.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work with oversight of Quality Control (QC) data.
• To make Process sheet of drawing in Auto-cad.
• Knowledge about SPC, MSA, Poka-Yoka ,3M etc.
• Responsible for Process Inspection & Final Inspection.
• Daily maintain red bin analysis with action plan.
• Involved in new development of new components.
• Conduct regular vender quality audit and ensured regular supplier improvements.
• Customer complaint handling.
• Responsible for Incoming inspection and PDI.
• CAPA ,8D,Cause and effect Diagram,Counter measure ,pareto chart,Why Why analysis.
• Prepare layout of new component and ballooning of drawing.
• Monitor of in house rejection through process control and improvement.
• Informing customer complaint to the shop floor and prevent action immediately.
