• Review valuation reports and insurance documentation supporting secured lending facilities, identifying gaps against required documentation and escalating exceptions to Relationship Managers for appropriate resolution, including follow-up on insurance renewal and applicable security requirements.
• Record and maintain securities within HSBC banking systems following validation, covering new security additions, amendments and releases; prepare supporting records for onward custody/valuation management and ensure system information aligns with approved facility documentation.
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions by coordinating with Relationship Managers, Limit Loading, Risk and Security Maintenance teams, following up on missing documents, incomplete information and safe-custody requirements to support timely servicing of credit facilities.
