● Managing suppliers for ten different accounts on a global scale and making sure the stocks and the customs documents are properly received. ● Strategizing everyday inbound to in such a way that it doesn't affect the rest of operations. ● Ensuring the received stocks are consolidated accordingly without damage and booked within SLA. ● Communicating stock discrepancies with specific accounts and following up on the overages/shortages. ● Generating quarterly reports on stock holdings and full analysis of specific customer accounts. ● Processing of wholesale and e-commerce returns and damaged goods. ● Facilitating fulfillment by replenishing the right amount of inventory on the lines at the right time for customer order processing (E-commerce/Wholesale) following FIFO/FEFO. ● Planning rosters and ensuring early starts and late finishes and ensuring an inbound lead is on site throughout setup. ● Analyzing supplier performance across customer accounts and its impact on the business. ● Ensuring smooth onboarding of new customer accounts right from inbound to fulfillment. ● Proactive in the pursuit of continuous improvement and to achieve operational excellence for all inbound tasks. ● Leading a team of 15 across tasks including goods-in/replenishment/damages/returns. ● Maintaining health and safety for areas responsible and submitting reports to operations. ● One year of forklifting experience.
