Currently, I am working as a Team Lead at Xylem Learning, where I manage tasks, documentation, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Although my current role is in a different domain, I am deeply passionate about QA testing and have been actively upskilling myself in manual and mobile testing, defect tracking, and Agile QA processes. I am now looking to transition fully into a QA testing role where I can apply my testing skills and grow as a QA professional

Currently working as a Team Lead at Xylem Learning, with experience in team coordination, documentation, performance tracking, and quality validation. Previously worked in business development roles, gaining strong exposure to requirement gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Alongside professional roles, developed hands-on experience in software testing, including manual testing of web and mobile applications, test case design, defect reporting, regression testing, and Agile QA practices through real-time testing projects.

Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a clear career focus on transitioning into a Quality Assurance / Software Testing role.

Completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam

Technological University (2024). Additionally, earned Software Testing certifications, including Software Testing Certification from Illinois Certification and Certificate in Software Testing from Entri Elevate, gaining hands-on knowledge in manual testing, test case design, defect tracking, regression testing, Agile QA practices, and testing tools.
