Assisting a job in finishing house(converting)area in both plants 1&2 machine, mainly equipments in this areas are super calendar, Globe and Jagenberg winder, fis real packing, Sheeters, Ream wrapping machine, bundling machine.

• Super calendar No-01&No-02 Make IHI
• Sheeters are Will pemco 3Nos sheeters, Pasaban 6Nos of sheeter, 1 Jagaberg sheeter and 1 Greatwall sheeter
• Ream wrapping machines are 2nos Wrapmatik machine, 3nos of Bielomatik machine and 4nos of Budling machine
• Involved in maintenance for taking a major shut down of machine
• Review/Follow up of day to day maintenance schedule
• Spares management from machine recommended OEM and local supplier
• Attending shutdowns and breakdown
• Manpower handling, Regular interaction with team, training giving to team
• ISO documentation

• New Sheeter installation as sheeter No-07, make Greatwall sheeter
• Slitter modification at sheeter no-3, Pasaban sheeter
• Pasaban sheeter drive up gradation done by electrical team for that some modification and work done to achieve 100% effeciecy
• Trim blower installation
• Upcoming projects are one more slitter moidification in pasaban sheeter, new bundling machine installation

• Work in Pulp Mill as a Mechanical maintenance engineer (officer)
• Work in both Agro(Continue digester)and Hardwood plant(vertical digester)
• Work in project for expansion of pulp mill capacity.(Involve in project to increase capacity of pulp mill from 220 tons to 450 tons).work in unbleached and bleach sections both
