Job Experience in Mahindra Finance:-
IT FACULTY MANAGER AT MAHINDRA FINANCE Pvt Ltd.
- 1. Controlling 8 main branches and 6 Service Branches approximately 200 users .
2. All type of software related issues escalation and solution .
3. Allow application access according to company policy . 4.Digonose all type issue H/W or Software in POS/HHD devices also format,RD,IMAGE,KERNAL Change etc 5.All IT asset (Desktop,Laptop,POS,EKYC DEVICE etc) inventoryManagement ,manitance,allocation to concern executive of Branches according to need .
6. PO processing according to valuable quotation of new IT asset purchasing and estimated repair cost with coordination of account team and senior approvals .
7. Good Experince in Mahindra Finance to provide training of All current and upcoming of application.
8. Proactive approach to handle major issue and get best result .
9. Live and test server Application testing for company . 10.
