In my previous job, I had handled a team of 120 data entry operators, 10 security guards, 25 sweepers working in 25 different locations within the district with direct reporting to the Deputy Commissioner.

I was handling the overall administration of the sewa kendras which primarily includes:

1. Smooth working of sewa kendras which includes dealing with vendors, Govt officials, citizens of Punjab and staff members.
2. My job as Dist Mgr is to ensure that my staff must attend each and every citizen with a smile and provide excellent quality service.
3. Monthly review and inspection of all the centers. Internal audits.
4. Infrastructure maintenance through vendors.
5. Liasoning with each Govt department in order clear the departmental pendency.
6. Handling the Grievance portal to resolve the issues raised within shortest possible time and maintain no. to zero.

Post Graduate in coputer science (MCA) : done MCA from Punjab college of IT Patiala affiliated to Punjabi Univ Patiala. 2000 - 2003
