I am Harnish Rupani from Mumbai, Currently working at WCC as an Analyst. Specializing in Statutory Audits.

At WCC I am blessed with good amount of opportunities with numerous listed & Private clients including Crisil Limited Group, Sunteck Realty, Heurtey Petrochemicals, Axens & Few other diverse entities. Wherein responsible areas are allocated to us for Limited Reviews, Statutory Audits,Tax audits as well as special purpose Audits.

Pretty much on day to day basis, I've explored various astonishing opportunities as part of my learning process at this firm.

Apart from that, I've worked across different teams dealing with audit of entities indulging into seldom transitions such as de-merger & MnA.

Special purpose audit for the purpose of consolidation, IPO, Non-assurance engagements and certification pertaining to Internal Control over Financial Reporting in accordance with Indian and International Financial Reporting frameworks

(UK,USA,China,Singapore).

 Areas covered:

 Analysis and testing of Revenue incorporating aspects such as Indian and global revenue recognition standards, foreign exchange fluctuations.

 Scrutiny of accuracy of Expected Credit loss for diverse financial instruments and global operations of MNCs.

 Managed a special-purpose audit assignment on an IPO, liaised with multiple internal teams including valuations, FRAS, etc. as well as external consultants.

 Performed a critical role in the Acquisition, Merger and Demerger of Global and National Corporations involving the valuation of goodwill and dealing with diverse statutory requirements.

 Actively participated in redesigning methodologies for analysis and audit of

Financial Instruments, Property plant equipment, Intangible assets,

Leases and statutory compliance.
