I have honed my skills. Beyond the lab, I am a versatile professional proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and more, with interests spanning production, design, and quality control. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, I hold valid UAE and Indian driving licenses.

Assisting NDT Inspection of Heat Exchanger Tubes by Eddy Current Testing (ECT) and Remote Field Eddy Current Testing (RFET) Method (For Ferrous and non-ferrous Metals).

• IRIS (Internal Rotatory Inspection System) method for all metals by UT Technology & Magnetic Particle Inspection (MFL). • Performed during Shutdown at Refineries and Power plants.
• Inspections were performed on boiler tubes, heat exchangers and Steam Generators
• Various methods of magnetic, liquid penetrant, and ultrasonic testing were employed in the inspection of the various components.
• Thickness testing and ultrasonic gauging were performed on vessels and storage tanks. • The inspections were performed on fin fan cooler tubes in shutdown.
• Subsequent inspection of a weld scanning was performed with suitable techniques like UT, PAUT, TOFD.

Specialized coursework in Building Information Modeling (BIM), covering principles, methods, and software applications. In depth study of BIM processes, clash detection, quantity takeoff, and project coordination and hands-on experience with industry-standard BIM software Autodesk Revit.
