• Plan material requirements as per production schedules and forecasts.
• Monitor material consumption, movement, and inventory norms (Min-Max, safety stock, ROL).
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production shortages.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and control excess, non-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure vendor capacity planning for continuity of supply. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for delivery schedules.
