• Conducted chemical and physical analyses of Starch, Liquid Glucose and Sorbitol products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.
• Utilized various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UVT to analyze starch, liquid glucose and sorbitol samples.
• Analysis of MSP and Byproduct of Raw maize (Gluten, Germ, CSL Fiber and Fiber) such as Moisture (by digital and LOD), PH, Retention, Brightness, Whiteness, ppm of SO2, Protein, Fat, Viscosity, Bulk density, Starch Content test by enzymatic method etc.
• Inspection of incoming vehicles/containers/tankers etc.
• Documentation of analysis reports through SAP, MS Excel, MS Word etc.
• Investigated and resolved quality issues related to starch, liquid glucose and sorbitol production, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
