Handle and provide resolution for received Trouble Ticket of Customer immediately Take out Preventive Maintenance for Network Equipment Rack which are assigned in our duty. Configure and troubleshoot L1 and L2 Switch/Router with co-ordination with NOC team. Take out Corrective Maintenance of installed system to avoid major, catastrophic outage. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving for WIFI, small cell, and Access point.
Accomplished field Engineer and coordinated with good background in Microwave transmission, Network Engineer designing installing, commissioning, and maintaining telecommunication and network equipment for the transmission of broadband, and enterprise services wired & wireless both. Adept at ensuring the quality of connections to allow for seamless data and voice transmission. Specialize in accurate efficient troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues.
