I did Masters in Chemical Engineering from NIT Surat and I have a 10+ Yrs of experience in upstream Oil & Gas Process Engineering.
➢ Understanding the client/FEED reports/drawings and standards and Risk identification in the project/proposal and resolving the process risk.
➢ Preparation of Technical Query, Man-hour estimation and Client comment response.
➢ Assistance and dynamic participation in design development of process scheme.
➢ Mark-up & Review of P&ID and Sub-contractor document review.
➢ RFQ preparation and Vendor document Review.
➢ Interaction with the client/project engineer to sort out the queries and other project specific information.
➢ Process engineering activities including review and preparation of Calculation Report,
Process Design Basis, Simulation Report, Steady State Hydraulic Report, Operating
Manual, Equipment List, Line List, Process Equipment & Instrument Datasheet, PFD,
Heat & Mass Balance, Cause & Effect Diagram, P&IDs…etc
➢ Review of Process documents prepared by Junior Engineer.
➢ HAZOP study participation
➢ Close co-ordination with Pre-commissioning engineer for input related to Shut-down requirement for brown field modification platform.
➢ Close co-ordination with estimation team for technical issues in proposal
