My focus is based on introducing the householders with deep science of Yoga and making them experience the miracles of it.

I've been teaching Yoga for the last two years and my expertise range from classical Hatha Yoga to Therapeutic classes.

I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from one of the oldest institute, Kaivalyadhama Ashrama, Lonavala.

I've also completed Advanced Teacher training course from The Yoga institute, Mumbai.
