Most AI products fail not because the model is wrong, but because nobody designed what happens when the model is wrong.

That's the work I do. I design AI-powered systems in domains where failure has real consequences — policing, healthcare, energy, banking. The kind of products where a confusing interface isn't a bad review, it's a misdiagnosis or a wrongful flag.

I sit between product strategy, design, and engineering — structuring ambiguity before it becomes someone else's problem. What should the AI decide vs. what should the human decide? What does the user see when the model isn't confident? Where do you put the override, and how do you make sure someone actually uses it?

These are design questions. Most teams treat them as engineering afterthoughts.

I also build AI tooling for the designers around me — because the fastest way to change how a team works is to change what their tools make easy.

I've spent 8 years learning that good design in complex systems isn't about making things look simple. It's about making the complexity legible enough that the right person can make the right call at the right time.

That's what I'm building toward. That's what I want to do next, at a bigger scale, with people who think this matters.

Senior Product Designer at PwC. I lead design on AI-powered platforms in regulated industries — government, energy, healthcare, banking — owning strategy, discovery, stakeholder advisory, and end-to-end delivery.

Notable work: national policing platform for 1.4B+ Indians (Ministry of Home Affairs), AI deal management for Shell, a diagnostic ecosystem across six clinical touchpoints, and digital banking that moved NPS from 4.7 to 9.2.

Previously at Nykaa: built the merchant advertising platform from scratch, optimized national B2B checkout (12% AOV increase, 8% conversion lift). Before that: shipped MVPs across health tech, e-commerce, and education at a digital agency.

I also build AI tooling for design teams — workflow automation, system validation, design system generation. Tools in daily production use, not side projects.
