My name is Harshita,and I’m from Amritsar, Punjab. I have a background in travel and tourism, with around three years of experience in sales and customer handling.

I would describe myself as responsible, customer-focused, adaptable, and someone who remains calm and professional while handling challenging situations.

In my previous role, I was responsible for handling customer queries, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, following up with clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This experience helped me develop strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
