Currently working as a Diagnostic Engineer in the R&D/Aftersales division, focusing on developing, authoring, and validating diagnostic content for powertrain electric drive control units.
- Development and maintenance of OTX-based diagnostic content for Electric Drive control units using GradeX following ISO 13209 standards.
- Expertise in authoring of guided test steps/repair actions for troubleshooting of Diagnostic trouble codes for different ECU's and template creations.
- Led the validation and simulation of new and series control units, with a specialized focus on electric drive control units, ensuring robust diagnostic functionality.
- Worked extensively with Automotive Ethernet, DoIP, CAN, LIN and FlexRay protocols for vehicle diagnostics and ECU communication.
- Performed ECU Flashing, variant coding, diagnostic session handling and Bootloader validation activities during ECU development.
- Proficiently utilized a diverse suite of diagnostic tools such as GradeX (India), SMRD's, Candela, analysing dynamic & static wiring harness diagrams, EDLS, FCS, ASPLM, Dialog Cloud, and PIV for in-depth analysis and development.
- Managed and resolved Xentry Support System (XSS) cases, performing critical debugging, log analysis, and tracing field issues to successful resolution, enhancing diagnostic system reliability.
- Served as a key Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for many Control units & topics including FUSI LOCK and EEC replacement in 4th generation batteries, and managed multiple ECUs, demonstrating strong leadership and technical ownership.
- Complete content development of ECU TPG1_MMA(Thermal and Propagation), DC-DC Converter, Oil pumps control units from stage0 to Final stage development with validation.
- Travelled to Germany on a work assignment to conduct content testing and validation activities, gaining direct, hands-on experience with vehicles and refining diagnostic processes.

Trainee as a XENTRY Diagnostic Author, designing and implementing diagnostic solutions for an electric drive control units using GradeX Tool.
- Handled Redmines /HPALM tasks, fixing SMRD's, Multi-checkers as a part of the project to increase the quality of deliverables.
- Handled Xentry support system tickets from the field, performed root cause analysis and debugging of diagnostic failures and field issues, ensuring reliable performance of electric vehicle systems.
