My current role involves handling FSSAI and US FDA compliance, artwork and labelling review, formulation checks, and maintaining regulatory documentation across multiple SKUs. I actively support new product development through nutritional and front-of-pack labelling, shelf-life evaluation, and coordination with external laboratories.
