Worked as a shift engineer and was responsible for achieve production with prime quality according to plan.

• Execute production day-to-day schedules as per the PPC plan & maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials.
• Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs.
• Introduce new procedures and processes to improve teams' productivity, morale and efficiency.
