Project coordinator for Export & Domestic projects from Engineering side

Taketoyo (Japan) 1070 MW, Mahagenco (Maharashtra) 660 MW,

GRDA (USA) 250 MW, Tuas Z City (Singapore) 78 MW.

Timely submission of manufacturing drawings (Part & Assembly), GA drawings and Bill of materials to meet design requirement in line with specifications.
Timely submission of 3D modeling of blades, LP casing , Diapharagm, seal ring, inner ring.
Technical support for steam turbine components at various manufacturing stages.
Resolution of major and minor non-conformities of rotating & stationary components.
Disciplined approach for project documentation
Supplier evaluation for Indigenization/First Article Components.
Identify potential saving opportunities through value engineering.
Detail contract assessment – Negotiation with customer for deviations.
